An Analysis Of The Chinese Poetry Of Masaoka Shiki

Shiki Masaoka who is born in Meiji is very famous during the reform movement ofhaikutanka.But,as a Chinese poet he has not known yet.Especially,the research of his Chinesepoem is blank in China now.But,The field what Shiki first incolved in is Chinese poem.InJapanese literature,Shiki has made great contribution.The research of his Chinese poem isvery important to trace back to his literature career.This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter, mainly introduced the Shiki’sChinese poetry of the background and the environment. Then, the Chinese poetry in the formand period are classified. The second chapter basically for Shiki’s Chinese poetry toChuang-Tzu in thought and borrow aspects. In the third chapter mainly analysis therelationship between the Shiki’s Chinese poetry and Tao yuanming, Li bai, Du fu and Lu you.this four poets’ works. The fourth chapter through the analysis of The relationship betweenShiki’s last Chinese poetry and Chinese classical famous works, Water Margin to exploreShiki’s psychological later in life.Shiki didn’t only limitate the style of Chinese poet and philosopher.In the same time,healso understood and referenced the spirit of Chinese poet and philosopher.His Chinese poem’sstyle is different with Libai’s and Dufu’s.He created a completely new Chinese poem style ofhimself.He put the impotent point in the description of actual scenery.
