Determined the quantity of main components of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatea from different peaking time and different storing time,summed up the variation regularity of samples,for the purpose of revealing the inner mechanism of ’same source,different character’ between Pericarpium Citri Reticulatea and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatea Vifide,and providing experiment reference for clinical apply.1 .Confirmed the method for measuring the main components of samples.Gross flavone,alkaloid and polysaccharide were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometer;the volatile oil were determined by GC/MS; hesperidin,nobiletin and tangeretin were determined together by HPLC.2. Compared the quantity of main components of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatea from different peaking time and different storing time,the results indicated that gross flavone and hesperidin in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatea Vifide were in the highest level, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatea contained much more quantity of volatile oils,alkaloid and polysaccharide than Pericarpium Citri Reticulatea Vifide,and this might be the inner mechanism of ’same source,different character’ between the two breeds.Samples,which from different storing time,the quantity of gross flavone and alkaloid kept steady or had a small range of increase as the postpone of storing time,but the volatile oils had an obvious decrease.3. Processed the samples with age-acceleration experiment,the results indicated that under the condition of higher temperature,the flavones kept stable;meanwhile,there might be new components produced during this condition.
