Objective:Comparative analysis of clinical efficacy of laparoscopic and open surgical treatment tailgut cyst. Methods: Retrospectively collected our hospital in January 2011-December 2015 our department intestinal cyst patients in 25 cases, according to surgical patients divided into 15 cases of laparoscopic group,10 cases of open group. Two groups of patient,s information through medical records, telephone, patient review, etc. statistical analysis, comparing two groups of patients before surgery related information, and information related surgery(intraoperative blood loss, operative time, etc),postoperative recovery process Related information(postoperative recovery of bowel function, etc.), postoperative complications, recurrence and other relevant circumstances. Results: With related complications of the laparoscopic two cases operations were successfully completed surgery, and carefully separating operation, the maximum possible to ensure the cyst wall integrity.Postoperative wound infection in 1 cases, pulmonary infection in 1 cases, urinary infection in 1 cases, laparotomy group, incision infection in 2 cases, urinary tract infection in 3 cases, intestinal obstruction in 1 cases, intraoperative rupture of the cyst in the laparoscopic group 3 cases and laparotomy group(n = 5), the above two groups of patients were cured and discharged. By statistical analysis, two groups of patients in gender distribution, preoperative albumin nutritional status assessment and age composition no significant statistical difference(P > 0.05). Two groups of patients the mean operation time, intraoperative blood loss, length of incision Significant difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Two cases of postoperative analgesic drug use frequency, postoperative intestinal function recovery first exhaust time, postoperative eating for the first time of liquid food, get out of bed the first time, the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly different, statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions: Laparoscopy in the treatment of tail gut cyst more available or considerably better than traditional open surgery, without increasing the incidence of surgical complications, while a small incision minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery has the characteristics of fast recovery of bowel function. Laparoscopic intestinal cyst at the end of the treatment is a safe and feasible treatment, minimally invasive and has a good effect, the tail gut cyst treatment adds a new treatment. About the end of laparoscopic treatment of intestinal cyst long-term effect, but alsorequires a large sample follow-up time to be confirmed.
