The Clinical Experience Of Liposuction Combined With Small Incision Beside The Areola To Treat Gynaecomastia

Objective:TO sum up the experience of liposuction combined with small incision beside the areola to treat gynaecomastia.Methods : 25 cases of gynaecomastia were treated by liposuction combined with small incision beside the areola within local swelling anesthesia from June 2012 to June 2015 in our department.Results : 25 cases of patients after surgery were Satisfied with treatment effect, such as no obvious scar, flat chest, no obvious uneven feeling, disease detection results are shown in mammary gland hyperplasia,all of whom were diagnosed as gynaecomastia.Conclusion : Liposuction combined with small incision beside the areola within local swelling anesthesia to treat gynaecomastia can achieve satisfied cosmetic effect.
