| Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of senile knee joint osteoarthritis. Methods 60 case patients with clinical diagnosis of knee joint osteoarthritis were selected between January 2010 and February 2010 in our hospital, all patients were performed knee ultrasound, MRI and arthroscopic surgery, and contrast the results of knee ultrasound and MRI with arthroscopic surgery diagnosis, and analysis the specificity and sensitivity of ultrasonic in diagnosis of knee joint disease. Results In articular cartilage, synovial ckening, joint effusion, popliteal fossa cyst, the collateral and ligamen, ruptue of tendons pathological changes, such as between ultrasound and MRI there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05), and in the meniscus lesions and cruciate ligament MRI is better than the diagnostic accordance rate of ultrasound. Knee joint osteoarthritis of MRI in the diagnosis of sensitivity and speciality degree 78.31%, 89.19% respectively; Ultrasonic diagnostic sensitivity and speciality degree 69.88%, 91.89% respectively; The sensitivity of ultrasound in the diagnosis of knee joint osteoarthritis is lower than MRI, but higher than that of MRI diagnosis of specific degrees, and the difference between the statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of senile knee joint osteoarthritis with high specificity and can be used as screening approaches for patients with arthritis, worth clinical promotion. |
