Objective:Reserch Hyperplasia of prostate patients with sterile urine,the clinical bservation of using antibiotic therapy after transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP).To guide clinical use of antibiotics and guide the treatment of postoperative patients with pyuria and hematuresis.Method:40 Hyperplasia of prostate patients with sterile urine were randomly divided into 2 groups.Antibiotics group(20 cases) began using Intravenous antibiotics after operation for seven consecutive days.Then the patient to change into oral antibiotics treatment for 7 days after discharging from hospital.The control group(20 cases) began using Intravenous antibiotics after operation for 5 consecutive days.Then removing the urine tube.And transfusing 0.9% normal saline 2 days more.Using the non-antibiotic lacebo after discharging for 7days.Compare two groups’ urine index number of red blood cells and white blood cells after 5d, 7d, 14 d and 28 d.Result:There was no significant difference between groups’ red blood cells and white blood cells index(P>0.05).And the number of red blood cells and white blood cells index decreases over time.Conclusion: The application of antibiotics for 5 days and 14 days after the operation has no obvious difference in the treatment outcome.After TURP patients will appear pyuria and hematuria. And the incidence rates is reducing by the time.
