Objective1.To prepare a questionnaire for pediatric nurses on intravenous infusion;2.Investigate the current situation of pediatric nurses' knowledge and practice of intravenous infusion and explore its related influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving pediatric nurses' knowledge and practice of intravenous infusion and formulating relevant training programs.MethodsBased on the theoretical model of epistemic behavior, this study used Delphi expert consultation method to construct a questionnaire for pediatric intravenous transfusion epistemic behavior.By means of convenience sampling,668 pediatric nurses from secondary and above hospitals in Qingdao city were selected as the research objects to carry out the current situation investigation. The questionnaire included: general information questionnaire and questionnaire on intravenous infusion knowledge and practice of pediatric nurses.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Using mean + /-standard deviation, composition ratio, etc.,on the different characteristics of pediatric nurses intravenous infusion of nobuyuki scores for statistical description, using analysis of variance and T test, multiple linear regression analysis to explore the influence factors of pediatric nurses know intravenous fluids nobuyuki, pediatric nurse intravenous fluids and the Pearson correlation analysis between knowledge, belief and practice.Results1.questionnaire preparation and evaluation results(1)through literature retrieval to the safety of intravenous transfusion nursing practice guide "," 2016 version of the American society for intravenous fluids(INS)standard based on the initial questionnaire design, including knowledge includes assessment, catheterization, vascular access device maintenance, venous transfusion complications and treatment of four dimensions,a total of 31 items, such as belief part 15 entries, behavior part 25 items,a total of 71 entries.(2)according to the opinions of experts in two rounds of consultation,1 item that does not meet the standards was deleted and 6 items were added to form a formal questionnaire of 76 items, including 31 knowledge dimensions,17 belief dimensions and 28 behavior dimensions.(3)the positive coefficients of two rounds of expert consultation were 100.00% and 100.00% respectively; The Kendall harmony coefficient was 0.53 and 0.85 respectively(P < 0.001).The expert authority coefficient is 0.83 and 0.85.(4)knowledge dimensions Cronbach'?=0.72,belief dimensionsCronbach'???=0.89,behavior dimensions Cronbach'?=0.83,KAP Cronbach'????0.86.2.Investigation results of the status quo of intravenous infusion knowledge and practice of pediatric nurses in grade ii and above hospitals in Qingdao(1)the scores of the questionnaire were 19.93±3.35,73.89±8.81 and 98.04±11.08,respectively.(2)the regression analysis shows that the influence factors of the score of epistolary lines are respectively discussed by using the multiple linear stepwise regression method. The influencing factors of knowledge score were the professional title of pediatric nurses(P = 0.001),hospital level(P = 0.001),and whether the nurses were members of the intravenous infusion treatment group(P=0.01).The influencing factors of nurses' belief score were the current department of nurses(P =0.001)and the level of nurses(P = 0.03).Three factors, hospital level of nurses(P =0.001),current department(P=0.01),and whether or not they have participated in special training on pediatric intravenous infusion(P=0.01),are the influencing factors for behavioral scores of pediatric nurses in intravenous infusion.(3)Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between belief and behavior(r=0.52,P = 0.001).Knowledge was negatively correlated with belief(r=-0.21,P=0.59),and the difference was not statistically significant.Knowledge and behavior were negatively correlated(r=-0.64,P=0.09),and the difference was not statistically significant.ConclusionThe self-compiled questionnaire on the knowledge and reliability of pediatric nurses for intravenous infusion has good reliability and validity.Pediatric nurses in grade ii and above hospitals in Qingdao have poor knowledge of pediatric intravenous infusion, positive belief in pediatric intravenous infusion, and the current situation of pediatric intravenous infusion behavior needs to be further improved. It is necessary to combine clinical practice, adopt diversified and specialized training methods, step by step strengthen the theory and skill level of pediatric nurses, and improve the comprehensive quality and confidence of pediatric nurses' intravenous infusion standards,so as to promote the overall improvement of infusion quality.
