Objective:The article is in order to analyze the influence of the age of the workers, working ages and the different working conditions on the hearing loss. We want to understand the influence of the coal mine noise on the hearing impairment and to pro vide basic data for coal mining enterprises to make noise protection measures. Methods:119 workers in Jinmei company did physical examination in 2015, including all the male gender, the age gender and occupation history. We use the pure tone audiometry texting the determination of occupational noise induced hearing. Using T test and Logistic regression methods, we analysis the noise induced hearing impairment caused by the age of the workers, working ages and the different working conditions. Results:1. The incidence of hearing impairment: 86 workers have different degrees of high frequency in the staff of 119. In this people the high frequency of abnormal account for 72.27%. 71 workers have different degrees of speech frequency in the staff of 119. The speech frequency of abnormal account for 59.66%.2. The comparison among different working ages: With the increase of working age, the incidence of high frequency hearing impairment of coal mine workers has increased, the difference between different groups(P<0.001), the difference was statistically significant. With the increase of working age, the incidence of speech frequency hearing impairment of coal mine workers has increased, the difference between different groups(P<0.001), the difference was statistically significant.3. The comparison among different age of the workers: With the increase of age, the incidence of high frequency hearing impairment of coal mine workers has increased, the difference between different groups(P<0.001), the difference was statistically significant. With the increase of age, the incidence of speech frequency hearing impairment of coal mine workers has increased, the difference between different groups(P<0.001), the difference was statistically significant.4. The comparison between different working conditions :The occurrence rate of high frequency hearing impairment in tunneling group was higher than that in coal mining group(P<0.001), and the difference was statistically significant. The occurrence rate of speech frequency of hearing impairment in tunneling group was higher than that in coal mining group(P<0.001), and the difference was statistically significant.5. Logistic regression analysis results: The working-age was positively correlated with the high frequency hearing impairment. The high frequency impairment is increased by 3.975 folds, with growing of working ages. The working-condition was positively correlated with the high frequency hearing impairment. The high frequency impairment in tunneling group is 10.844 folds compared with coal mining group. Conclusion:1. The comparison among different working ages: With the increase in coal workers exposed to noise in the coal mine worker age, the incidence of hearing impairment increased.2. The comparison among different age of the workers: With the increasing of the age of the workers, the incidence of hearing is impairment increasing.3. The comparison between different working conditions: the incidence rate of hearing impairment in tunneling group was higher than that in the coal mining group.
