Objective To investigate the regulation function of the children hyperopia amblyopia.Methods The clinical case-control study.Take 60 cases who were first been diagnosed with hyperopia ametropic amblyopia in Shanxi Eye Hospital, to measure the adjustment function in 3 months, 6 months, 12 months after the treatment of amblyopia, and observe its tendency,then compare with similar age of emmetropic children.Take 57 patients with hyperopia but ametropic have been cured in children, and compare the adjustable parameters with the envisage children.Analysis the correlation of initial age 、 the corrected visual acuity, spherical equivalent of the newly diagnosed patients and the differences of the regulating parameters between amblyopia cure group and control group.Results:Amblyopia patients after 3 months,6 months, 12 months of treatment, the AMP using negative lens method respectively show:(6.250 ± 1.079)D,(5.132 ± 1.005) D,(6.307 ± 1.085)D,(14.206 ± 1.074) D, the use of close method respectively show :(10.395 ± 0.932), D(8.566 ± 0.887), D(9.969 ± 0.963), D(15.868 ± 1.465) D, the flexibility of monocular accommodation respectively(2.886 ± 0.726), CPM(2.877 ±0.740), CPM(4.298 ± 0.839) CPM,(6.202 ± 0.930) CPM, the flexibility of binocular accommodation respectively(1.860 ± 0.953), CPM(1.868 ± 0.943), CPM(2.149 ±0.896), CPM(3.640 ± 0.910)CPM. The positive relative accommodation(PRA)show :(-2.044 ± 0.390) and D(-2.031 ± 0.387) D( 0.385, ±2.066)(1.706 ± 0.178) D,(1.702 ±0.180) D,(1.474 ± 0.210) D,(1.838 ± 0.203).There were significant difference of the regulation for patients in three time periods in negative lens method and shift method and monocular and binocular accommodation flexibility, NRA between three groups.(P <0.05), while the PRA between three groups show no statistical significance(P > 0.05);The the monocular AMP in the group of amblyopia have been cured is(8.61 ± 2.36) D,the value of monocular accommodative activity is(5.17 ± 1.68) cpm, The binoculus egulatory flexibility:(3.333 ± 1.418) cmp, PRA:(-2.81 ± 0.37) D, NRA(178 ± 0.384) D.There was no significance statistically of the eyes adjust flexibility, NRA and PRA between the amblyopia have been cured group compared with the control group(P >0.05),the monocular AMP and monocular adjustment flexibility show significance statistically(P < 0.05);which is related to the age when first be diagnosed,diopter,the severity of amblyopia.Conclusion:With the improvement of visual acuity,accommodation function is also improving,but still lower than normal children, The monocular accommodative amplitude and the monocular egulatory flexibility are lower than normal children,indicating that even in patients with amblyopia vision correction has reached normal, but some of its regulatory function has not yet increased to normal.This is related to the newly diagnosed age and corrected visual acuity, and the refraction at the time when newly be diagnosed.
