Objective: To investigate the relationship between glycated hemoglobin,endothelin,urinary albumintocreatinine ratio and serum uric acid and the extent of coronary artery lesions in coronary heart disease patients.Methods: This retrospective study enrolled a total of 69 case non-diabetes mellitus patients who underwent their first elective coronary angiography.The subjects were divided into three groups according to their coronary stenosis degree.Data are used SPSS20.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results: With the deterioration of the degree of coronary artery lesions,the plasma Hb A1 c,ET,ACR and SUA gradually increase, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: HbA1 c,ET,ACR and SUA has obvious associated with their coronary stenosis degree in coronary heart disease patients. |
