The Clinical Analysis Of 22 Cases Of Vidian Neurotomy In The Treatment Of Perennial Allergic Rhinitis

Objective: To investigate the use of low temperature plasma cutter head cut off the vidian nerve, the clinical curative effect of the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis.Method: In the operation group: 22 cases accompanied with nasal septum deviation or chronic sinusitis in perennial allergic rhinitis patients, take intranasal endoscope mirror under low temperature plasma cutter head blocking wing neural tube, and jointly turbinate ablation and deviation of nasal septum surgery or endoscopic sinus surgery, to "Lanzhou standard" and "vas table" for patients with preoperative and postoperative follow-up of clinical symptoms and signs 3-12 months and observe the short-term efficacy and adverse drug reaction.
