Objectives To study the effect of low molecular weight heparin(LMWH)on the prevention of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(DVT)after laser closure of high ligation of great saphenous vein, and to provide a theoretical basis for the application of LMWH anticoagulants in the prevention of DVT.Methods First of all,100 inpatients from vascular surgery department of Hebei People's Hospital from October 2017 to February 2019 were selected according to the established inclusion criteria. These patients were randomly divided into two groups:anticoagulation group with low molecular weight heparin and control group without low molecular weight heparin The patients in anticoagulation group were injected with LMWH calcium subcutaneously 5 days after operation, while the patients in control group were not treated with LMWH calcium 5 days after operation. The number of deep vein thrombosis, subcutaneous ecchymosis, incision bleeding, hematoma, and patients in the two groups were compared on the 5th day after operation Age,postoperative caprini score and operation site were analyzed by SPSS software, and the final conclusion was reached. Results Statistical methods were used to deal with the relevant data,SPSS software was used to analyze all the conclusions, the statistical data were all expressed by means of the mean ± standard deviation(x±s),and t-test of the mean of two independent samples was used;two samples x2 test was used to count the data, the level was ?=0.05,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Ultrasound was reexamined 5 days after the laser closure of the great saphenous vein with high ligation of the main trunk. There were0 cases of deep vein thrombosis in the anticoagulation group and 6 cases of deep vein thrombosis in the control group, with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05);5 cases of subcutaneous congestion in the experimental group and 3 cases of subcutaneous congestion in the control group, with no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);the experimental group There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups in postoperative caprini score(P>0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups in age, gender and operation site The difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions The results of this study indicated that there was a risk of secondary DVT after the operation of varicose great saphenous vein.Low molecular weight heparin can effectively prevent deep vein thrombosis after varicose great saphenous vein surgery.Low molecular weight heparin does not increase the risk of bleeding events in patients with varicose great saphenous vein. The surgeon should have a comprehensive understanding of the patient's condition. For patients without anticoagulant contraindications, the great saphenous varicose vein should be actively treated with anticoagulation to prevent DVT events after operation,so as to improve the medical quality.Figure[16];Table[8];Reference[146]...
