Fuzhengxiaozhen Bolt Decoction Anticoagulation Therapy Clinical Study Of Cancer Complicated By Deep Vein Thrombosis Treatment

Objective:To preliminary evaluate the clinical therapeutic effects and safety of Fuzheng Xiaoshuan decoction combined with low molecular weight heparin for treatment to advanced cancer associated with deep venous thrombosis (syndrome of gas and water stops, blood stasis and toxin interties)Methods:40cases of patient were selected according to the rando mized, controlled method selecting standard and divided into treatme nt group and control group randomly which each had20cases resp ectively. Patients in treatment group were given Fuzheng Xiaoshua n decoction combined with low molecular weight heparin.Patients i n the control group were given low molecular weight heparin. Ten d ays as one cycle,and continuous treatment of one cycles. Observatio n and follow-up to record the D-dimer, body circumstance,clinical efficacy,syndromes,quality of life,toxicity and thrombosis recurrence t ime.Results:After the therapy,the treatment group had no differences in clinical efficacy and venous recanalization with control group(p>0.05); The treatment group had better improvement than control group in D-dimer (P<0.05);The treatment group in improving the cassette (KPS) score is better than that in control group, there are significant difference between groups statistically significant (P<0.05); The treatment group in improving clinical symptoms in patients with obviously better than that in control group, the difference between group with significant statistical significance (P<0.05);treatment group had better improvement than control group in difference of body circumstance and recurrence of venous thromboembolism (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Fuzheng Xiaoshuan decoction combi ned with low molecular weight heparin for advanced cancer associat ed with deep venous thrombosis(syndrome of gas and water stops, blood stasis and toxin interties)had better improvement in D-dimer, syndromes,quality of life, lower limb edema and recurrence of veno us thromboembolism than single low molecular weight heparin.
