Human resource is the first resource, as the reform of the health industry in China, competition of the domestic medical market is increasingly fierce. The talents as the important resources for the sustainable development of hospital become the focus of competition. The brain drain brings serious influence on the development of the hospital.Based on the research of the brain drain in the north Guangdong hospital, find out the reason, propose countermeasures. Combination of questionnaire and interview method, analysis the reasons of the brain drain, and propose the correct view of the brain drain and countermeasures to prevent the brain drain. On the compensation theory, performance theory, personnel deployment theory as the basis, further optimization construct the talent team of north Guangdong Qingyuan district hospital.
