Objective Chongqing as a top three hospital geriatric hospitalized elderly patients, for example, understand the hospitalized elderly patients in daily living, depression, anxiety, social support problems analyzing these four factors and aspects of relevance. Better to help in hospitalized elderly group of patients, to identify hospitalized enhance the quality of life of elderly patients method, obtained the corresponding result for the hospital to deal with the treatment and care of elderly patients hospitalized for reference, it can be set to help hospitalized elderly patients with relevant agencies provide reference and basis.Methods The subjects took a random sampling method, to obtain information about the data through a common questionnaire countries and homemade questionnaire. Geriatrics, according to a hospital bed numbers random sampling, using questionnaires to understand the hospitalized elderly of daily living, depression, anxiety, social support information exists different gender, age, occupation and other patients, summarized from the analysis of the survey data general conclusions.Results 400 questionnaires were distributed: 375 valid questionnaires, a response rate of 93.75%; wherein the male 219(41.60%), female 156(59.40%) people. Anxiety: the 375 valid questionnaires status anxiety in hospitalized elderly patients out of 24 ~ 66(38.46 ± 1.94) points. Hospital anxiety and daily living, depression and social support of elderly patients the correlation coefficients were 0.2507; 0.8910; 0.3032. Hospitalized elderly patients with anxiety and daily living, depression and social support are closely related. Marital status, family relationships, whether alone, education is hospitalized elderly patients anxiety factors. Depression: the 375 cases of hospitalized elderly patients, 123 cases of depression in hospitalized elderly patients, 32.8% of the total. Sickness, widowhood, economic conditions, etc. Age is a factor of ADL.Conclusion The study of hospitalized elderly patients daily living, depression, anxiety, social support. Factors found to affect the daily living of elderly patients hospitalized for major disease, widowhood, economic conditions, age; factors hospitalized depression patients are mainly elderly disease, marital status, hospitalization, treatment, self-care, medical expenses, hobby; factors hospitalized elderly patients anxiety is mainly marital status, family relationships, whether alone, education; influencing factors in hospitalized elderly patients’ social support mainly age, education level, living alone, family relationships. Not difficult to find, hospitalized daily living, depression, anxiety, social support of elderly patients co-factors are age, family relations, education. And by correlation analysis we found that hospitalized elderly patients daily living, depression, anxiety, social support these four aspects have relationships with, so long as the impact of any one of them will cause a corresponding effect on the other three. Thus considering hospitalization of daily living, depression, anxiety, social support factors in elderly patients when the disease must be considered, widowed, economic conditions, age, marital status, hospitalization, treatment, self-care, medical expenses, amateur hobbies, education, living alone, a family relationship between any of these factors, not simply consider only one or a few of them, and comprehensive consideration of these factors. In this study, elderly hospital inpatient care and treatment of elderly patients have reference value, but can also help to groups of elderly patients hospitalized relevant institutions to provide reference and basis.
