Objective:To evaluate the safety and technical feasibility of lobectomy combined with mediastinal lymphadenectomy by Single- port complete video-assisted thoracoscopic. Methods:From December 2014 to August 2015, 40 patients underwent Single- port c VATS lobectomy combined with mediastinal lymphadenectomy including 33 men and 7 women, with a median age 58(45~79) years. The lesions were located in the upper lobe of the right lung in 15 cases, 2 cases of middle lobe of the right lung, lower lobe of right lung in 7 cases; 7 cases of left upper lobe and lower lobe of the left lung in 9 cases; the pathological types were 11 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 29 cases of adenocarcinoma.Results:2 cases increased 1 auxiliary operation hole, 2 cases were converted to thoracotomy. The average operative time was 191 min(70~347 min). The average blood loss was 50 ml(30~300 ml).The average number of lymph nodes was 13.6(9~33) and the explored stations was 5.2(4~6).The average time of closed thoracic drainage was 2. 8 d(2~7d).The average time of postoperative hospital stay was 3. 6 d(2~8 d).No postoperative severe complications and death occurred.Postoperative follow-up time ranged from 6 to 12 months. Conclusion:The way of Single- port complete video-assisted thoracoscopic for lobectomy combined with mediastinal lymphadenectomy is a safe, feasible and reproducible surgical procedure, worth popularizing.
