| Objective: To explore the feasibility and safety of improved single-direction video assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy(Improved single-direction VATS)in the treatment of benign pulmonary diseases.then Evaluation of the effect of operation.Methods: From June 2013 to July 2017,To retrospectively analysis 123 cases with benign pulmonary diseases were treated by video-assisted thoracic surgery(VATS)in First Affiliated Hospital of Medical University.Including 57 cases take normal video-assisted thoracic surgery(normal VATS Group),And 66 cases take improved single-direction video assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy(improved single-direction VATS Group).To statistic analysis and compare with the data between two groups of mean hospitalization days,postoperative recovery time,postoperative intubation,operative time,Lobectomy time,postoperative flow rate(the first three days),complications,the number of surgical studs and Total medical expresses,etc.Results:The statistical difference was statistically significant in the operative time,Lobectomy time,the number of surgical studs and Total medical expresses significant(P>0.05).and the others have no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of operation of improve single-direction VATS in the treatment of benign pulmonary diseases,compare to the normal VATS Group,was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but it take the advantages of obviously deduced the operative time,get more simpler and safer,reduced the number of surgical studs and The expresses.Above all,it is quiet sure that the feasibility and safety of improve single-direction VATS in the treatment of benign pulmonary diseases. |
