Objective: To explore the characteristics of two-dimensional ultrasonic spot tracking technology(2d-STI)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) patients with different degrees of coronary artery when the left ventricular twisting and untwisting.Methods: Choice in August December 2014 to 2015 in the Department of Cardiology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University Hospital, and by selective coronary angiography(coronary angiography(CAG) diagnosed 55 cases of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD), according to the Gensini scoring system is divided into mild to moderate stenosis group(28 cases) and severe stenosis group(27 cases), a full range analysis left ventricular inner and outer membrane of torsion and rotational movements of the index of the solution and the Gensini score correlation analysis..Results: 1.There were no significant differences in gender, age, BMI, HR, IVRT, E/A,, LVESV levels between mild and moderate stenosis group and severe stenosis group(P > 0.05). The levels of and LVEDV were significantly increased, but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). The levels of LVSV and LVEF were significantly increased in mild to moderate stenosis group and severe stenosis group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2. Ptw, AVCtw and Untw R levels were significantly decreased in mild and moderate stenosis group and severe stenosis group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Comparison between the two groups, the severe stenosis group PTV, PUV were lower than the mild to moderate stenosis group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), while the severe stenosis group TPTV was significantly higher in the mild and moderate stenosis group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)There was no significant difference in TPUV between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.Compared with the two groups of mild to moderate stenosis group and severe stenosis group, the peak value of the cardiac muscle rotation angle between the bottom of the heart and the apical level was significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.CHD group Gesini points were: mild to moderate stenosis group(21.09 + 15.16), severe stenosis group(66.93 + 16.70). Coronary heart disease group Ptw, Untwr R and Gesini score was highly negative correlation(r=-0.725, P<0.01, r=-0.848, P<0.01); coronary heart disease group apendo Rot, apepi Gesini and Rot score was highly negative correlation(r=-0.989, P < 0.01; r=-0.964, P < 0.01); coronary heart disease group PUV, PTV and Gesini plot was low positive correlation(r=0.377, P<0.01; r=0.470, P < 0.01).Conclusion: Mild to moderate stenosis and severe stenosis of the twist angle and the angle of each peak,LV untwisting rate, the apex level and the level of heart bottom of inside and outside membrane of myocardial rotation angle of the peak were significantly decreased(P <0.05), the peak time were prolonged(P <0.05), and left ventricular apex level heart inside and outside membrane Gensini scores are highly associated with myocardial rotation angle. So, 2D-STI can well evaluate the left ventricular diastolic function, and left ventricular heart inside, and outer membrane rotation angle of the drop degree can react to some extent of coronary artery stenosis degree.
