ObjectiveMetabolism.syndrome.is.a.syndrome.composes.of.various.cardiovascular.dangerous.factors,its.clinical.performance.including.abdominal.obesity,hyperlipemia,and.hyperglycaemia/di-abetes.and.hypertension,its.specific.mechanism.is.insulin.resistance.and.inflammation,.obesity is most important dangerous factors of metabolism syndrome and insulin resistance,chrysanthemum powder fruit poly sugar is a from plant roots in the refined out of more poly fructose, previous studies havefound inulin-fructan has potential ability to reduce lipid and glucose and widely used for adding to food in order to reduce energyintaking,Due to evaluation of different doses of inulin on metabolic syndrome in obese patients with blood lipid, blood glucose regulation, and to evaluate its effectiveness and dose dependency.MethodThis study used a randomized controlled trial design, WINS in a row from March 2015 July total of 300 cases were randomly divided into 3 groups of metabolic syndrome in obese patients, 100 patients in each group, Group A [high doses(20G/d) inulin fructan Group],Group B [low dosage(10G/d) inulin fructan Group], group C(pure diet control group), After 3months, collection in patients with baseline data, In patients with baseline, end of treatment,when collecting all morning fasting blood samples, respectively, Compared three groups of patients before and after body mass index, waist circumference, hip circumference, blood lipid, glucose, blood pressure and other indicators.ResultsThree groups of patients with baseline data no statistical difference. There is no statistical difference on body mass index and waist circumference, hip circumference between 3 group before and after treatment in patients. After 3 months of treatment, results show that total serum cholesterol of group who is treated with Inulin fructan( 3.61±1.10 vs. 3.73±0.81 vs.4.65±1.17,P=0.038,P=0.022,P=0.031), Triglycerides levels(1.59±0.69 vs. 1.79±1.14 vs.1.57±0.72, P=0.041,P=0.011,P=0.031), Low density lipoprotein(3.02 ± 0.84 vs. 3.02 ± 0.94 vs.3.14 ± 0.89 P=0.042,P=0.026,P=0.041), glucose(5.11 ± 0.49 vs. 5.36 ± 1.37 vs. 5.35 ±0.98,P=0.041,P=0.031, P=0.021).and systolic.blood pressure(126.72±11.98 vs. 124.45±13.6vs.130.36±19.50, P=0.033,P=0.034,P=0.015) are lower than the simple diet control group. High density lipoprotein(1.30 ± 0.22 vs. 1.20 ± 0.27 vs. 0.29 ± 0.62 km/P=0.026,P=0.033,P=0.025)is higher than the simple diet control group.Further analysis showed that total cholesterol of A and B groups before and after treatment,(Group A,4.57±0.93 vs. 3.61±1.10,P=0.045,Group B,4.85±1.46 vs..3.73±0.81,P=0.049),triglycerides.levels,(Group A,1.76±0.57 vs..1.59±0.69,P=0.046 Group B, 1.94±1.12 vs. 1.79±1.14,P=0.048), high density lipoprotein(Group A, 0.28 ±0.33 vs. 1.30 ± 0.22, P = 0.036 Group B: 0.32 ± 0.25 vs. 1.20 ± 0.27, P=0.016), low density lipoprotein(Group A,3.06 ± 0.82 vs. 3.02 ± 0.84, P=0.035,Group B,3.04 ± 0.88 vs. 3.02 ±0.94,P=0.022), glucose(Group A,5.21 ± 1.35 vs. 5.11 ± 0.49, P=0.010,Group B, 5.39 ± 0.90 vs.5.36 ± 1.37, P= 0.019), and systolic blood pressure(Group A of 130.72±11.20 vs. 130.72 ±11.20,P=0.021;Group B,131.45± 13.11 vs. 124.45±13.62,P= 0.015) have statistical differences,There are no statistical difference between the lipid, glucose, systolic pressure before and after treatment in Group C(P>0.05). Group A and group B after treatment(P=0.030),Group B and group C(P=0.020), group A and group C(P=0.011), there were significant differences.ConclusionUseing inulin can regulate the level of glucose and blood lipid in obese patients with metabolic syndrome and have a potential benefit to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
