| Objective:The diagnosis of patients with chronic dacryocystitis general information and data collection, nasal endoscopic examination results are compared, and statistical analysis to understand the presence of nasal structural abnormalities and specific classification and the possible factors of abnormal nasal cavity structure play an important role on the pathogenesis of chronic dacryocystitis and possible related factors, further analyzes and discusses the nasal structural abnormalities in the pathogenesis of chronic dacryocystitis mechanism and its influence on prognosis may form. For the etiology of chronic dacryocystitis research provides the basis of clinical data, further application and popularization in clinical through the line of lacrimal sac nasal anastomosis with nasal endoscope operation the new trend of the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.Methods:Collected respectively in May 2014 to November 2015, the university hospital and clinic Yu Yanan yan ’an people’s hospital and clinical diagnosis of 108 patients with chronic dacryocystitis(both for monocular) as the research object, all patients were hospitalized for the first time and the information is complete, all included in the standard of cases have been ruled out head facial surgery, trauma history, autoimmune diseases such as systemic or local factors. All cases through detailed medical history collection, true complete all of your data, and by the same senior otolaryngology doctor nasal endoscopic examination and issue a report, the statistical results of the existence of abnormal nasal cavity structure and its specific types, and the possible related factors in the general data, to analyze the collected data using SPSS19.0 software nasal structural abnormalities and argument the role and impact on the pathogenesis of chronic dacryocystitis.Results:1. An ordinary data analysis of chronic dacryocystitis cases with nasal structural abnormalities in the cas: different gender, region compared between groups, and there was no statistically significant difference.Compare between groups with or without smoking history, the differences between the control group with statistical significance and different age groups statistically significant difference, and comparison results show that the middle age group between groups of main parts.Different job categories compared between groups, the difference statistically significant, the professional category higher detection rate for unemployed patients(P < 0.05).2. All inclusion criteria and diagnosed by preoperative detailed examination, a total of 108 patients with chronic dacryocystitis, nasal cavity structure was abnormal in 74, was normal in 34, the overall detection rate of 68.51%; Structure types and distribution of the anomaly: the nasal septum deviation were 54 cases(9 cases of S-shaped curved), detection rate was 50.00%(54/108); 14 cases with chronic nasal sinusitis with polyp detection rate was 12.96%(14/108); Inferior turbinate hypertrophy in 46 cases, the detection rate was 42.59%(46/108); There are 18 cases of allergic rhinitis, detection rate was 16.67%(18/108). In addition, the deflection of nasal septum with inferior turbinate hypertrophy of 28 cases, nasal septum deviation combination of 8 cases of allergic rhinitis, nasal polyps with nasal septum deviation or 12 cases with inferior turbinate hypertrophy, inferior turbinate hypertrophy with nasal septum deviation, allergic rhinitis and or 38 cases of nasal polyps, allergic rhinitis nasal septum deviation and or 12 cases with inferior turbinate hypertrophy. 2. All included patients with chronic dacryocystitis nasal structural abnormalities of different types: comparison of all the patients with chronic dacryocystitis incidence of each type of nasal structural abnormalities, the comparison between the variety rate of the two groups by chi-square segmentation method, this research shows that the nasal septum deviation in structural abnormalities with the most closely relation between the occurrence of chronic dacryocystitis(chi-square = 10.80, P = 0.001, the difference statistically significant).3. The comparisonin of different types of nasal structural abnormalities exist in patients with chronic dacryocystitis : the comparison in patients with chronic dacryocystitis of each type of nasal structural abnormalities, the comparison between the variety rate of the two groups by chi-square segmentation method, the overall comparison chi-square = 101.34, P = 0.000, the difference is statistically significant. This study suggests that nasal structural abnormalities in the deflection of nasal septum and inferior turbinate hypertrophy both types with the closely related to the occurrence of chronic dacryocystitis.4. Single nasal structure abnormalities found in patients with chronic dacryocystitis variation compared with multiple nasal structural abnormalities, all included in patients with chronic dacryocystitis exists single nasal septum deviation(â… group), merge inferior turbinate hypertrophy(â…¡ group), at the same time exist deflection of nasal septum, inferior turbinate hypertrophy and chronic simple rhinitis(â…¢ group) chi-square test(chi-square = 5.58, p = 0.061> 0.05), the comparison between groups had no statistical significance. Suggests that nasal structural abnormalities in patients with chronic dacryocystitis of multiple development of chronic dacryocystitis does not play a major role.Conclusion:1. The nasal structural abnormalities are closely related to the occurrence and development of chronic dacryocystitis and the deflection of nasal septum and inferior turbinate hypertrophy is the main type;2.
