There is a large number of unmarried men at the poor rural regions under the background of the sex ratio imbalance.The study work on shuicheng,which is one of the state-level poverty counties in Guizhou.And there is so many forced male bachelor who are already above the average age for marriage.The study aims to get to know these men's reproductive health status.Compared with married man which are them neibour,there is a higher prevalence of reproductive system diseases(p<0.05).Includ a lower quality of sleep,a lower sexual desire and more urinary system diseases.Also,they can't have sexual intercourse from marriage,so they usually suffered with sexual repression and have to self-abuse even to go whoring or have affair with married women.So,the surrounding they live marginalizes them.To improve these forced male bachelors' reproductive health condition,we should solve their poverty,resocialization and get the rural spiritual civilization promoted.
