Objective: Discuss granulocytopenia disease in patients with risk factors of infection diarrhea, put forward prevention measures, enhancing the clinical understanding and reducing disease to harm. Methods: Select 200 patients with neutropenia syndrome of our hospital from December, 2012 to September, 2015 for the study. The occurrence of infectious diarrhea in 26 patients as the case group, no infection occurred in 174 patients as the control group. Adopt the method of retrospective investigation and the status of the investigation, research on the influence factors of neutropenia in patients with infective diarrhea. To the related influence factors of infection with single factor test and the multi-factor Logistic regression analysis. Results: The chi-square test result showed: Wash hands before meals and after cases, use the pressure cooker to cook a meal, whether the transaminase is higher than the normal value 5 times, neutrophil counts, lymphocyte count, neutrophils reduced duration, the use of special drugs, 7 factors have the obvious statistics difference in two group of comparisons(P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression results showed: wash hands before meals and after cases, use the pressure cooker to cook a meal, neutrophil counts, neutrophils reduced duration, four factors of granulocytopenia for infectious diarrhea disease patients are independent risk factors. Conclusions: The risk factors of granulocytopenia disease in patients for infectious diarrhea are not or little washes the hands after and before meals, use the pressure cooker to cook a meal, neutrophil count below 0.2 x 109/L, neutrophils continues to decline more than 7 days. Should take the comprehensive measure to reduce the risk factor, and reduce the disease incidence rate of the infectious diarrhea.
