Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Qing chang Decoction, preliminary evaluation of its safety and effectiveness,to expand new ideas for the treatment of children with acute infectious diarrhea(heat-diarrhea syndrome),and to be a pathogenesis of "emergency caused by violent injection" Article 19 supplements and perfects the methods of treating the law to meet the needs of the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:60 children with fever-diarrheal acute infectious diarrhea who were treated in our outpatient clinic from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. Methods:The experimental group was treated with Qing chang Decoction orally, and the control group was treated with Ge gen Qin lian Pills for a total of 4 days. The main symptoms and secondary symptoms of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Extent and adverse reactions, the efficacy and safety of Qing chang Decoction for the treatment of this disease were initially evaluated.Results:(1)Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes in the traditional Chinese medicine decoction group and the proprietary Chinese medicine group. The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.3%,13 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective, and 2 cases were ineffective 83.3%,5 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective, and 5 cases were ineffective. After SPSS statistical software correlation test(rank sum test),the difference between the two groups was significant(p<0.05).The effect is better than the Chinese patent medicine Ge gen Qin lian Pellets group.(2)After treatment, the children's major symptom score, secondary symptom score, and total TM syndrome scores in the two study groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and after statistical tests,p values were less than 0.05,suggesting that both groups of treatment drugs can Improve the symptoms of children with fever.(3)The two groups of children were compared in terms of major symptom score, secondary symptom score, and total score of TCM syndromes after treatment, except that there was no statistical difference in stool odor, loss of appetite /vomiting,and anal redness. The scores of the remaining symptoms in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the p-values were less than 0.05 after statistical tests, which indicated that Qing chang Decoction improved the main symptoms and some secondary symptoms of children with fever and diarrhea better than the Chinese medicine Ge gen Qin lian Pill group.(4)In terms of improving the related laboratory results of children in the two study groups, the number of abnormal stool laboratory examinations after treatment was significantly reduced, but p was greater than 0.05,suggesting that both groups of drugs can treat conventional abnormalities in stool of children,This effect is comparable.(5)No adverse reactions occurred in the children of the two study groups, suggesting that the drugs in both groups were safe. Conclusion:The Qing chang Decoction, based on the theory of "emergency under pressure, belongs to fever",has a significant effect on the improvement of symptoms and signs in children with acute infectious diarrhea(heat-diarrhea syndrome).use.
