Objective:This thesis analyzes the distribution of famale’s high-risk HPV infection and subtypes of people who had the HPV opportunistic examination in Jin Cheng hospital, which indirectly reflect the high-risk HPV infection of women in Jin Cheng area. the thesis offers basic data in the wholesale census of HPV infection in Jin Cheng area and provides a reference for the selection of HPV vaccine in native region. Methods:Choosing the females who had the HPV types examination in our hospital voluntarily from 2012 to 2015, including physical examination persons who Usedhe second generation of hybrid capture technology(HC-2) to screen for HPV positive; the outpatients and inpatients suspected HPV infection of department of gynaecology not using the second generation hybrid capture technology(HC-2) screening but direct screening for HPV types, or people who were screende positive need to screen for HPV types. 728 specimens tested by streaming fluorescent hybridization method(PCR) detection of HPV subtypes. Using SPSS22.0 statistical software was used for data entry and statistical analysis. Results:In 728 specimens tested, there were 382 cases of high-risk HPV infection accounting for 52.47%; 31 cases of low-risk HPV accounting for 4.26%;60 cases of multiple infection accounting for 15.71%.Among the high-risk type positive specimens, the number of single infection was 322, accounting for 84.29%; the number of multiple infection was 60, accounting for 15.71%. This research detected 27 kinds of HPV genotypes, including 16 kinds of high-risk pattern and 11 kinds of low-risk type. In the high-risk kinds of positive specimen, the highest frequency of subtypes was HPV16(11.68%), followed by HPV58(7.28%), the lowest frequency for HPV26(0.27%). In the high-risk kinds of positive specimen, HPV16,with the highest percentage, accounting for 18.6%. HVP58 and HVP56 ranked second and third respectively, with the percentage of 11.6 and 10.1. HVP26 had the lowest rate, 0.4%.Difference of different age groups of female high-risk HPV infection rate is not significant(χ2=9.05, P=0.31); the difference of diverse age groups of high-risk HPV type of infection is not significant(χ2=3.08, P=0.08); the difference of high-risk HPV positive rate of outpatients and inpatients is not significant(χ2=4.24, P=0.12). Conclusion:There were 728 specimens tested in the opportunistic screening, PCR test of HPV positive detection rate is 56.73%, high-risk HPV positive detection rate is 52.47%, and high-risk type multiple infections detection rate is 8.24%.In the high-risk kinds of positive specimen, HPV16 had the highest percentage, followed by HPV58、HPV 56, HVP26 had the lowest rate.Compared with domestic HPV infections, HPV16 subtype distribution is consistent, but HPV58, 56 subtypes are higher in this region, the selection and development of a vaccine should attach importance to it.The high-risk HPV positive detection rate and multiple infection have nothing to do with the specimen source and the age of the infected people.
