The Related Efficacy Comparison And Analysis For Different Open-door Laminoplasty

Objective:The related efficacy of different espansive open-door laminoplasty(EOLP) was compared and analysized,and its reasons were discussed.Methods:All patients were followed up for more than 2 years. Silk hanging fixed group compared with the nail suspension fixed anchor group, two groups of patients with preoperative general situation, the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative JOA score 2 years period, postoperative cervical total activity loss amount, gate shaft side fusion rate and postoperative complications related to contrast, there were no statistically significant difference. Titanium plate fixation group compared with fixed set of suspension,preoperative general situation, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, preoperative and postoperative JOA scores, JOA score 2 years period, degree of backward distance, to pressure on the spinal cord(a/M), there were no statistically significant difference;Titanium plate fixation group of 6 cases of C5 nerve root palsy, suspension fixed set of 4cases, compared to similar between the two groups had no statistical significance;Postoperative 3 months and 6 instance- axis side fusion rate and titanium plate fixation group were higher than suspension fixation group, the difference was statistically significant; Postoperative incidence of 6 months to close, cervical vertebra and the total incidence of motion loss amount, axial symptoms, suspended fixation group were significantly higher than that of titanium plate fixation group, the difference was statistically significant.Results:All patients were followed up, for more than 2 years.
