Objective: To investigate the correlation between the fracture of the posterior cervical spine and the postoperative axial symptoms. Methods: From November 2014 to November 2016 in Qingdao University Hospital, the same physician for posterior cervical vertebral enlargement laminoplasty, the use of micro-ARCH titanium plate fixation, and complete data of a total of 67 people, male 47,female 20,aged 41-78 years, mean 65 years old.A total of 43 patients with C3-C6 were divided into C3-C6 and 5 patients with C4-C7.There were 5 cases of C4-C6,and the patients were sacrificed and stiffened(MILD);due to axial symptoms affect the daily routine of the symptoms of the body, the degree of pain and the degree of the occurrence of axial symptoms of the degree of classification: no axial symptoms(NO);frequent axial symptoms, but did not affect the daily activities(MILD)Life and work(SEVERE).According to the results of cervical CT examination at 1 week postoperatively, the fracture of the medial lamina was divided into three categories: 1.incomplete fracture;2.complete fracture fracture without fracture;3.complete fracture of the fracture. The cervical spine was evaluated by cervical CT in 3 months and 6 months.Follow-up neurological recovery(JOA score,NDI score,VAS score). The correlation analysis was made between the degree of hinge fracture at 1 week postoperatively and the incidence of axial symptoms in 3 months postoperatively. The degree of hinge fracture at 1 week postoperatively was correlated with the severity of axial symptoms in 3 months. And the correlation between the healing rate of the hinge and the remission rate of the axial symptoms were analyzed. The JOA score,VSA score and NDI score before and after operation were statistically significant(P <0.01).There were 81 hinge fracture segments at 1 week after operation,: Incomplete fracture of 37;complete fracture of the fracture without displacement of 31;complete fracture of the bone fracture 13.Fifty patients with posterior hinge fracture were treated with more severe type of hinge fracture: 19 cases of incomplete fracture;18 cases of incomplete fracture without fracture;complete fracture of bone fracture in 13 cases. The incidence of axial symptoms in 3 months was 32/67: MILD 18 cases(of which 3 patients after 1 week review cervical vertebral CT axis no vertebral fracture);SEVERE14 cases. In June,84.2% of the patients had all the fusion of the medial lamina of the incisors(the ventral and dorsal cortical bone were healed). The axial symptoms were relieved by SEVERE to MILD,13 cases were reduced from MILD to NO10,Increased symptoms of patients.,and the correlation between the fusion rate of the hinge fracture and the incidence of axial symptoms in 3 months was analyzed bychi-square test. The relationship between the degree of hinge fracture and the reduction of axial symptoms was analyzed in 6 months after operation, and the correlation between the type of hinge fracture and the degree of axial symptoms The correlation of rates was correlated. Conclusion: The posterior approach of the cervical spine is expanded by laminoplasty, which can improve the symptoms of spinal cord and nerve root compression.Especially the fracture fracture and displacement is one of the main causes of postoperative axial symptoms, the hinge fracture fusion can effectively relieve postoperative axial symptoms.
