Objective:Objective to study the relationship between C5 nerve root palsy and cervical curvature after posterior cervical laminoplastyMethod:A retrospective analysis from January 2013 to January 2017 in our hospital(Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University)in 55 cases of patients with posterior cervical double door laminoplasty of cervical stenosis,including paralysis group 21 cases,non paralysis group 34 cases,all patients with preoperative and postoperative standard cervical spine lateral radiographs imaging data.The differences between the two groups were compared in terms of gender,age,operation time,amount of bleeding,preoperative JOA score,JOA score after surgery,preoperative cervical curvature,postoperative cervical curvature,cervical curvature,and so on in the 2 groups.Result:The two groups had no significant difference in gender,age,operation time,bleeding volume,postoperative JOA score;two group in preoperative and postoperative cervical curvature have differences,C5 nerve root paralysis patients preoperative cervical curvature smaller,preoperative cervical vertebra curvature change more.Conclusion:1.There was a correlation between the changes of cervical curvature and the symptoms of C5 nerve root palsy after 1 rows of posterior cervical laminoplasty.2.there was no significant difference in the prognosis of patients with C5 nerve root palsy group and those without C5 nerve root palsy. |
