Correlation Analysis Of Serum Irisin And 25（OH）VD₃ And Other Metabolic Markers In Patients With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:This thesis aims at exterminating the level of Irisin and 25(OH)VD3 in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) patients, and analyzing the correlation with other metabolic indices. Besides, it gives an exploration of the function rule of Irisin and 25(OH)VD3in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS), which aims at providing a new direction for the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria of Rotterdam, this study collects 67 cases of PCOS patients and chooses 72 cases of normal menstruation period women of childbearing age as the control group, which aims at measuring the people’s height,weight, waist circumference, abdominal girth, hip circumference and blood pressure as well as calculating their body mass index(BMI) and waist-to-hip ratio(WHR). It is designed to detect the biochemical indicators of serum in all individuals concerning the factors of Irisin, 25(OH)VD3, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, FPG, FINS, T, E2 and HOMA-IR. Irisin levels are detected by ELISA. The Irisin level is measured by ELISA method, PCOS patients and the control group’s cervix and the differences of the level of Irisin as well as biochemical index; by using the independent sample t-test.correlation analysis Irisin with 25(OH)VD3 and other metabolic markers correlation in PCOS patients; by analyzing the quantitative relationship between circulating Irisin in patients with PCOS; Multivariate Logistic regression analyze the influencing factors and circulating Irisin in PCOS.Results:The body weight, BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, WHR, TG, FPG,FINS, HOMA-IR in PCOS patients is higher than the normal control group. Serum Irisin level in PCOS patients is significantly elevated when compared to control group(831.542±98.484 VS 612.345±86.308,p<0.05). There is an evident decrease in HDL-C, 25(OH)VD3 concentrations with PCOS. Linear regression analysis showed that Irisin is positively associated with body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, WHR, TG and HOMA-IR in the PCOS patients. There was a negative correlation between Irisin and 25(OH)VD3(p<0.05).Conclusion:The level of Irisin was obliviously higher in patients with PCOS. The level of Irisin presents a relative correlation with 25(OH)VD3, BMI, HOMA-IR, TG. Irisin provides a new method for the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS.
