Objective :Analysis of serum Irisin relationship with obesity, type 2 diabet es mellitus;Irisin and other metabolic index(such as HbA1 C, FBG, FINS, TG,TC, etc), for the above two kinds of metabolic diseases, provides the theory basis for further treatment.Methods :The object of study is divided into four groups,each group has 30 cases of normal healthy controls(group A):body mass index(BMI)in the normal range and normal glucose tolerance;the overweight obesity group(group B):glucose tolerance in normal and body mass index(BMI)≥24kg/m2;type 2 diabetes mellitus group(group C) :diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus and the body mass index(BMI)in the normal range;type 2 diabetes mellitus and the overweight obesity group(D): diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus and bo dy mass index(BMI)≥24kg/m2.All the subjects are statistical age, gender, me asure the height(m), weight(kg), waist circumference(WC), and other indicat ors in general.Detection of glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1C), fasting blood gl ucose(FBG), fasting insulin(FINS), triglycerides(TG), total cholesterol(TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL- C), high-density lipoprotein cholester ol(HDL-C) and other biochemical indicators.Through measurements of height and weight to calculate body mass index(BMI).Irisin ELISA method for deter mination of four groups of blood concentration.Results: Normal glucose tolerance group of serum level of irisin pigment(Group A 4613.51?2305.05)ng/ml was significantly higher than in type 2 dia betes(Group C 1734.80?1095.43)ng/ml,(t=8.359,P<0.001).Correlation analysis:Ir isin and FBG(r =-0.595,P<0.01), HbA1C(r =-0.607,P<0.001), FINS(r =-0.647,P<0.001) negative correlation, and HDL-C(r = 0.320,P<0.001) were positi vely correlated.Multiple linear regression and shown FINS are the independent factors influencing the irisin pigment(β=-0.482,t=-5.109,P<0.001).Conclusion :(1) Type 2 diabetes mellitus group compared with normal control grou p to reduce serum levels of iris pigment,obesity group and normal group, no difference.(2) Irisin negative correlation with FBG, Hb A1 C, FINS, and HDL- C were positively correlated, poor FBG control, high HbA1 C and FINS at high l evels, the low level of irisin,irisin pigment may play a role in improving the insulin resistance and irisin known as may be a new predictor of diabetes.
