| Objective: To explore the expression and significance of aquaporin 1 in cercical squamous cell carcinoma of Tibetan women in Qinghai province.Methods: Collected 50 Tibetan cases of cercical squamous cell carcinoma from Qing Hai University Affiliated Hospital and Qing Hai Province People’ Hospital from November 2014 to June 2015.Pathologic diagnosis is the determined standard. Real-time fluorescence quantitative was used to detect the expression of aquaporin 1 m RNA in cervical carcinoma tissues and its adjacent normal tissues,the expression of aquaporin 1 protein was detected by immunohistochemical method.Results: The expression of Aquaporin 1 protein was difference bettwen cervical carcinoma tissues and its adjacent normal tissue,there were significant difference( P <0. 05). The expresssion of Aquaporin 1 m RNA among cervical carcinoma tissues and its adjacent normal tissues were 5.72±1.05,4.05±0.83 respectively, there was significant difference(t=7.89 P<0.01).Conclusion: The results of RT-PCR and immunohistochemical method showed the up-regulation of aquaporin 1 expression in tumor tissue. It proposed that aquaporin 1 provided nutrition by water circulation during the process of tumor growth, promoted new capillaries growth in tumor cell adjacent normal tissues. Aquaporin 1 may be play a great importance rule in tumor growth and formation of new capillariesi of cervical carcinoma. |
