The Research Of The Operation Opportunity For Treatment Of Calculous Biliary Obstruction

Objective:To study the impact of operation time on the disease prognosis of calculous biliary obstruction with acute cholangitis.Methods：Date of 100 patients of calculous biliary obstruction with acute cholangitis hospitalized in The fifth Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from June 2012 to December 2015 was collected and analyzed.These 100 patients were grouped into undergoing elective surgery group,emergency treatment group and conservative treatment group for analysis.Results:The majority of calculous biliary obstruction with acute cholangitis were at the age of 50-70. No significat difference was found in the hospital was found in the hospital staying days of undergoing elective surgery,emergency surgery and conservative treatment groups between the middle-aged and the elder.Howere.curative effects were better in undergoing elective surgery and conservative treatment group.Liver recovery was better in elective surgery than emergency surgery groups.The complication rates were lower in undergoing elective surgical group than emergency surgery group in all the case.Conclusion:For the elder and the middle-aged, curative effects were better in undergoing elective surgery and conservative treatment. Liver recovery was better in elective surgery than emergency surgery or conservative treatment.The complication rates were lower in undergoing elective surgical group than emergency surgery group.Conservative treatment had a high risk of complications and recrudesce rates and readmission rates.
