ObjectiveTo Analysis the results of treatment and method of Intrahepatic bile duct stones with acute cholangitis.Methodscompared the efficacy of extrahepatic bile duct stones with surgical treatment of acute cholangitis and the non-surgical treatment of 120 cases of extrahepatic bile duct stones in our hospital from 2000 to 2009.ResultIf hepatolithiasis complicated with acute cholangitis is Simplicity, the emergency operation is low rate in residual stone bile duct stones. the rate of complicated hepatolithiasis residual stone of emergency surgery is high almost needs surgery.ConclusionWhen intrahepatic bile duct stones with acute cholangitis,if intrahepaticbile duct is Simplicity, Operative Bank choledocholithotomy T-tube drainage surgery can reduce the chance 2. If the bile of hepatolithiasis is complex in nature, operation can not reduce the chance of reoperation, it is no significant difference with ENBD or conservative treatment.
