| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Jin-jian mixture in the treatment of senile type 2 diabetes mellitus with Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in TCM clinical symptoms,inflammatory factors,Hcy,fasting and postprandial blood glucose,insulin index,D-D,urinary microalbumin,cystatin C,and evaluate its safety,so as to provide a new way of diagnosis and treatment for senile type 2 diabetes.MethodsIn this study,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were observed on the basis of health education.60 patients were basically in the geriatrics ward and outpatient department of geriatrics in jiangsu Province Hospital of CM.60 patients were randomly divided into two groups:test group(n=30)and control group(n=30).On the basis of the original western medicine,the experimental group was given Jin-jian mixture,while the control group was only treated with conventional western medicine.Both groups were observed for 4 weeks to observe the clinical efficacy of Jin-jian mixture in improving TCM clinical symptoms,inflammatory factors,Hcy,fasting and postprandial blood glucose,insulin index,D-D,urinary Microalbumin and cystatin C in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and observed the clinical efficacy of Jin-jian mixture in improving clinical symptoms,inflammatory factors,fasting and postprandial blood glucose,insulin index,urinary Microalbumin,cystatin C,etc.The clinical observation and trial results were analyzed by statistical software,combined with the treatment results of the test group and the control group to evaluate the overall clinical efficacy of Jin-jian mixture.ResultsThere was no significant difference in age,sex,glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting and postprandial blood glucose between the test group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,the clinical symptoms of TCM,inflammatory factors,Hcy,fasting and postprandial blood glucose,insulin index,D-D,urinary microalbumin and cystatin C improved more significantly(P<0.05),with statistical differences.Results of TCM efficacy evaluation:30 cases in the experimental group,2 cases were cured(6.7%),10 cases were markedly effective(33.3%),16 cases were effective(52.3%),2 cases were ineffective(6.7%),the total effective number was 28,total Effective rate is 93.3%;30 cases in the control group,0 cases were cured(0.0%),5 cases were markedly effective(16.7%),17 cases were effective(56.7%),8 cases were ineffective(26.7%),the total effective number was 22,and the total effective rate was 73.3%.The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Results of western medical efficacy evaluation:30 cases in the experimental group,8 cases(26.7%)were markedly effective,19 cases were effective(63.3%),3 cases were ineffective(10%),the total effective number was 27,and the total effective rate was 90%;30 cases in the control group,3 cases were significantly effective(10%),17 cases were effective(56.7%),10 cases were ineffective(33.3%),the total effective number was 20,and the total effective rate was 66.7%.The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Jin-jian mixture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of TCM;2.Jin-jian mixtureis can improve the levels of inflammatory factors,Hcy,fasting and postprandial blood glucose,insulin index,D-D,urinary Microalbumin and cystatin C in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus;3.Jin-jian mixture is safe in the treatment of senile type 2 diabetes mellitus. |
