Clinical Study Of Jinlian Qingre Effervescent Tablets In Treatmenting Child Patients With Common Type Of Hand,Foot And Mouth Disease(HFMD)

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of Jinlian Qingre Effervescent Tablets to child patients with common type of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) and investigate the occurrence of the participants complicated with myocardial damage.Methods:72cases of child patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,36cases in the treatment group,36cases in the control group. The two groups were treated with the same basic treatment programs. At the same time, the treatment group was given Jinlian Qingre Effervescent Tablets, the control group was treated Jinlian Qingre Effervescent analog agent with the same amount of the test group. The treatment period were3～7days, and were followed up for3days. During the research, the responses of clinical signs and symptoms, the changes of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, adverse reactions and changes of myocardial enzymes were observed and recorded. SPSS17.0statistical software was used for the efficacy analysis.Results:1. The efficacy analysis:(1) fever clearance onset time、 the time of body temperature returned to normal and rash/herpes, mouth ulcers disappeared, compared by the Log-rank test, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0001), suggesting that the treatment group has better efficacy than the control group on disease curation effective rate.(2) The clinical complication signs and symptoms were observed at different times in the course of the treatment, showed that the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(3) On the side of use of antipyretics, the amount of the treatment group was less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(4) The comparison of the treatment outcome of both groups indicated no difference, while no case was transferred into severe.(5)The difference of synptoms effecacy was statistically significant(P<0.05), showed that the treatment group was better than the control group.2. Safety analysis:The safety indicators were observed, didn’t find obvious side effects, suggesting a good safety profile.3. Changes in myocardial enzymes:Different levels of cardiac enzymes abnormalities can be found out during the course of hand, foot and mouth disease.Conclusion:The treatment efficacy of Jinlian Qingre Effervescent Tablets to common type of hand, foot and mouth disease is confirmed. Not found the drug-induced adverse reactions or side effects. The clinical use of Jinlian Qingre Effervescent Tablets is worth further promoting.
