Obejective:Through the statistical analysis of the clinical data of patients with H-hypertension, this study summarized the TCM syndrome types, and the relationship between the syndrome factors, the potential correlation between the syndrome patterns. It provides scientific theoretical basis for TCM standardized diagnosis and syndrome differentiation of H-hypertension。Methods:Through the research on the theory and literature survey design clinical data table, data analysis using Epidata and SPSS software Statistics。 Analyze data and combine with Chinese medicine experts’opinion to conclude syndrome factors and syndrome patterns. Results:Through factor analysis, there are 3 syndrome patterns. Four examination techniques follow the syndromes. F1-syndrome of liver fire hyperactivity:taut and rapid pulse, redness, conjunctival congestion, restlessness and irritability, scanty dark urine, yellowish tongue coating, bitter taste in the mouth, red tongue, tinnitus; F3-syndrome of Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity:feverish sensation in the five centers (palms, soles and chest), dry eye, hectic cheek, soreness and weakness of loins and knees, dreamfulness, insufficiency of body fluid, heaviness of the head, tinnitus, distending pain of eyes, red tongue, dry mouth, little tongue coating; F2-syndrome of Phlegm dampness:sticky and greasy in mouth, greasy tongue coating, heaviness of the head with a feeling that the head is tightly wrapped, swollen pale tongue with teeth marks on its margin, white sputum, excessive sputum, thin sputum, smooth pulse, white tongue coating, nausea, poor appetite. Conclusion:nature syndrome factors of TCM of H-hypertension:deficiency of yin, hyperactivity of yang, deficiency of yang, fire, phlegm and blood stasis.Position syndrome factors:liver, spleen, kidney. Syndrome patterns:liver fire hyperactivity, Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity, Phlegm dampness.
