Objective:Directing to the moment of postoperation, this study collecting four examination techniques after PCI, analysis and research syndrome factors and syndrome patterns, and the combinations among syndrome factors and syndrome patterns. It provides scientific important theoretical foundation for Chinese medicine treatment of the patients after PCI.Methods:Refer to literature and than design questionnaire, collect four examination techniques, than analysis syndrome factors preliminary. First of all, enter data with Epidata software system, than checkout data and export data to SPSS Statistics software system. Analyze data and combine with Chinese medicine experts’opinion to conclude syndrome factors and syndrome patterns. Results:Through the factorial analysis, there are7syndrome patterns, excess syndrome:flaming up of heart-fire syndrome; deficiency syndromes:spleen and kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome, heart and kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome, heart and kidney-Yin deficiency syndrome, heart and spleen deficiency syndrome; the deficiency type accompanied by excess syndromes:hyperactivity of liver-Yang and inadequacy of kidney-Yin syndrome, damp-heat accumulated in the spleen and insufficiency of the kidney-Yin syndrome. Four examination techniques follow the syndromes. Flaming up of heart-fire syndrome:irritability, cough with yellow sputum, ulcerated tongue and ulcers in the mouth, yellow tongue coating. Spleen and kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome:dropsy, gasp, aversion to cold, somnolence, thin and clear sputum, lip and nails cyanosis, chest sweat, poor appetite, loose stools, diarrhea relief, indigestion stool, copious clear urine, enlarged tongue with tooth-marked, tender tongue, pale tongue, tongue with body fluid, thin tongue coating, tense pulse. Heart and kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome:green complexion, limbs heavy, brothers cold, hard audition, ill wind, intolerance of cold, head sweat, heaviness in the head, expectoration, sticky sputum with difficulty in coughing up, disinclination to speak, dry mouth, tongue with ecchymosed and petcchiae, thick and greasy tongue coating, uneven pulse, rolling pulse. Heart and kidney-Yin deficiency syndrome:palpitation, dysphoria with feverish sensation in the chest, palms and soles, scalp numb, back pain, waist pain, abdominal pain, blood-stained sputum, low sounds, disinclination to speak, tinnitus, gum bleeding, nausea, nose pharynx dry, dreaminess, tongue with a little coating, deep pulse, thread pulse. Heart and spleen deficiency syndrome:palpitations, profuse cold sweat, brothers sweat, dizziness, distension and fullness in the abdomen, listlessness; Hyperactivity of liver-Yang and inadequacy of kidney-Yin syndrome:night sweating, head pain, tremors of head, red eyes, eructation, eye itch, urinate yellow, rapid pulse. Damp-heat accumulates in the spleen and deficiency of kidney-Yin:hectic fever, soreness and lassitude in the loins and knees, difficult to sleep, slimy and greasy in the mouth, filth tone, red tongue, tongue with yellow coating."Heart and kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome" and "Heart and spleen deficiency syndrome" are compatible. Nature syndrome factors combination:deficiency of Yang, stagnation of blood, phlegm and water pathogens, and cold-pathogen/damp-pathogen; deficiency of Yang and damp-pathogen/stagnation of blood; deficiency of Yin, Qi deficiency and stagnation of blood, phlegm and water pathogens; deficiency of Yin and hyperactivity of Yang/damp-pathogen, heat-pathogen; stagnation of blood, heat-pathogen and stagnation of Qi/phlegm and water pathogens; phlegm and water pathogens and fire-heat. Position syndrome factors combination:heart and spleen, heart liver and kidney, heart and kidney, spleen and kidney, liver and kidney. Conclusion:nature syndrome factors:deficiency of Yang, Qi deficiency, deficiency of Yin, deficiency of blood, stagnation of blood, phlegm and water pathogens, heat-pathogen, stagnation of Qi, cold-pathogen, damp-pathogen, deficiency of body fluid, hyperactivity of Yang, fire-heat. Position syndrome factors:heart, spleen, kidney, liver. Syndrome patterns:flaming up of heart-fire syndrome, spleen and kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome, heart and kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome, heart and kidney-Yin deficiency syndrome, heart and spleen deficiency syndrome, hyperactivity of liver-Yang and inadequacy of kidney-Yin syndrome, damp-heat accumulated in the spleen and insufficiency of the kidney-Yin syndrome.
