Qingxin Xiaozheng Decoction Combined With GnRH-a And Add Back Combined With GnRH-a Analysis On The Observation Of Severe Ovarian Endometriosis After Surgery Treatment

Objective:Using gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRH-a) combined Xiaozhen Qingxin Decoction or GnRH-a combined auxiliary, to obverse the difference between treating endometriosis after laparoscopy.Methods:Forty endometriosis patients with confirmative pathological diagnosis were assigned into two groups, all were treated with GnRHa (3.6 mg, once per 28 days, six times).20 patients in the observation of Chinese Mdicene when menopause symptoms appears, taking Xiaozhen Qingxin Decoction(at least 3 months). when menopause symptoms appears, took Tibolone(Livial)(1.25mg/d), according to the results of estradiol(E2) to adjust the dosage. The treatment lasted for more than six months. Kupperman score(KIM)results; serum levels of E2,cancer antigen125(CA125),as well as the degree of dysmenorrhea score and menstrual recovery time.Results:(1)compared with hormone group, Chinese medicine group KIM score higher in 4 needle injection, with statistical significance (P＜0.05); (2)The 6 needle injection, two groups of KIM score no statistical difference (P>0.05). There was statistical difference in serum levels of E2 in the 6 needle injection (P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the CA125 levels; (3)dysmenorrhea score after treatment(P＞0.05). (4) Menstrual recovery time of two groups have no statistical difference (P>0.05).Conclusions:Treating endometriosis after laparoscopy, GnRHa combined Xiaozhen Qingxin Decoction showed confirmative clinical effective. To improve the symptoms of menopausal transition can achieve the same effect as hormones, but avoid the disadvantages of hormone.
