| Objective:This study is to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yang-Yin-Yi-Fei Prescription combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of NSCLCs, and to provide the basis for the intervention of Chinese medicine treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods:By using the principle of a single-blind, randomized comparison,59cases were consistent with the clinical study criteria, and were randomly divided into two groups:30cases are throught into Yang-Yin-Yi-Fei Prescription combined with chemotherapy group which is called treatment group for short, while29cases are in chemotherapy group called control group.In the control group, AP regimen is for non squamous cell carcinoma while TC regimen for squamous cell carcinoma, on the basis of the control group, Yang-Yin-Yi-Fei Prescription is added in the treatment group, and use different herbal according to different syndromes.People should be treated by21days in a course of treatment, after four courses of treatment, changes of symptoms, weight, KPS, QOL, serum indicators and toxicity are compared between the treatment group and the control group.Results:1.The patients of the two groups have no significant difference in objective curative effect、in reducing the levels of the Tumor marker.2. In alleviating cough, fatigue, spontaneous, afternoon hot flashes, dry mouth symptoms,the treatment group is better than the control one(P<0.05).3.Compared with the control group,changs of KPS、QOL,weight and immunity (CD3+、CD4+、NK) in the treatment group are more obvious(P<0.05).4.There are no significant side effects in each group, but Bone marrow suppression in the treatment group is less than the control one(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yang-Yin-Yi-Fei Prescription combined with chemotherapy regimen can alleviate the clinical symptoms of NSCLC patients, reduce the toxic and side effects, improve the quality of life, which can provides an effective treatment program for advanced non-small cell lung cancer. |
