According to the recent year research,incidence of the metabolic disease continuously increases.Those diseases,such as coronary,diabetes,heart failure,which are well-known to every household,have been serious life quality hazard.The morbidity of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus(T2DM)rocket sharply,whose complications are able to damage patient greatly,and has a negative impact to economic progress.Thus far,there is no effective and treatment in T2 DM.More importantly,scholars don't hold an optimistic attitude on effective premunitions.China experts have corporate with foreign doctors for a long-term and executable treatment by designing various experiments based on the type differences of diabetes,including sport Intervention,food with sport intervention.At mean time,they also explore different areas like the educational propaganda,diet,medical and blood glucose monitoring.Those exploring and research contribute to remedy of diabetes dramatically.We,firstly,summaries and analyzed relevantly data of T2 DM patients by increasing sports and then design an experimentation asked to divide subjects into four groups,impedance with aerobic exercises,Impedance exercises,aerobic exercises,regular medical treatment.By checking and analyzing data from different groups,we finally come to a result after three months: Compared with impedance exercises group,aerobic exercises group didn't appear great differences on three areas including blood serum,blood fat,and cardiovascular system index(P<0.05).But compared with above two groups,impedance with aerobic exercise group show a positive changes on the same three areas.The result turn out that impedance with aerobic motion have great effect on T2 DM patients.Based on the analyzing result P-value is smaller than 0.01 and the data can be a reference for T2 DM therapy research.As the continuous popularization of the Sports medicine knowledge,people is starting pay more attentions on the positive effect on chronic metabolic diseases from sports.As the major cause of the chronic metabolic diseases is insulin resistance,impedance with aerobic exercises can contribute to the balance of the blood sugar level as well as the blood fat and blood pressure,which has been widely accepted in academia.From the physiological perspective,aerobic exercises are able to improve the insulin resistance,which is just the cure of T2 DM.Also impedance exercises allow people to increase the area of skeletal muscle,consequently,increasing consumption of blood sugar to keep it on a health level.American College of Sports Medicine(ACSM)and American Diabetes Association(ADA)have point out that,as a adjunctive therapy,sport impedance is a secure and effective treatment to T2 DM patients.But still need a scientific and specific exercises prescription based on the situation of the patients before execution.Here come to another topic that how to design a suitable prescription and help patients understanding the benefit of it.The experimental aerobic exercise is used in the home treadmill(the treadmill is used by Pan Yanjun and the United States top health technology group co-founder of the top Kang technology research and development company billion health T900),the value of 1,300 yuan,while the impedance Equipment is used in Qingdao Star Sports Equipment Co.,Ltd.production of multi-functional strength training device,worth about 1,400 yuan,a family to carry out rehabilitation training only need to spend about 2700 yuan.On the T2 DM exercise intervention has a good universal effect.This experiment is to explore the use of home appliances for impedance exercise combined with aerobic exercise on T2 DM patients intervention effect.The experimental also aim to this topic and investigate the usage of Domestic sports equipment with aerobic exercises on the intervention effect of T2 DM.
