| Objective:The study is to observe the clinic efficacy of acupunture combined with Back-shu points moving cupping in treating patients with perennial allergic rhinitic with six month.Evaluate the clinical persistent efficacy of the therapy in six month.Methods:In this study,60 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 30 patients,treat patients of treatment group with acupunture combined with Back-shu points moving cupping, therapy three times a week,the control group was treated by oral loratadine Tablets once a day. Observe the indicators before and after treatment and following-visiting within six month to evaluate long-term efficacy between groups.Results:The treatment group:After the therapy of acupuncture combined with back-shu pionts moving cupping, allergic rhinitis symptoms and related quality of life are improved significantly than before treatment within six months (P<0.05). Symptoms of nasal congestion and runny nose,than before treatment within six months are significantly improved (P<0.05), non-eye/nasal symptoms, practical problems and nasal symptoms of the quality of life are improved significantly (P<0.05).Control group:After the therapy of loratadine, symptoms of allergic rhinitis are improved significantly than before treatment within six months (P<0.05).symptoms of the quality of life than before treatment are significantly improved (P<0.05), after treatment,nasal itching is significantly improved than before treatment within six months (P<0.05); the therapy of oral loratadine Tablets have significant effect on the eye symptoms and nasal symptoms (P<0.05).After treatment,the control group porforms better to improve nasal symptoms than the treatment group (P<0.05).Within the six month, in the treatment of nasal itching symptoms,efficacy of oral loratadine tablets is more obvious than the treatment group(P<0.05).Between the treatment group and control group comparison about RQLQ, within six months the symptoms of RQLQ in treatment group are improved more signific-antly compared to control group (P<0.05), where the major improvements in the non-nose/eye symptoms and emotional symptoms. That treatment group in improving fatigue, lack of energy, inability to concentration, depression, irritability,are better than the control group. While improving eye itching, eye pain and other symptoms of eye, the control group was better than the treatment group.Conclusions:Acupuncture combined with back-shu points moving cupping can improve sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, nasal itching. Efficacy of improving the quality of life by acupuncture combined with back-shu points moving cupping have a long-team within six month,specially in fatigue, lack of energy. The therapy of oral loratadine Tablets have effect on the eye symptoms, nasal symptoms and improving the quality of life. |
