| Objective To observe the acupuncture and cupping in treatment of moderate to severe Allergic Rhinitis immediate and long-term follow-up evaluation.Methods Sixty-six patients with diagnosis standards and criteria of moderate to severe Allergic Rhinitis are randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group consists of34patients, we will treat it with acupuncture and back-shu acupoint cupping,20times constitute2courses,a total of6weeks.The control group consists of32patients, the patients will use budesonide nasal spray and oral loratadine tablet for6weeks. After the end of treatment,3months and6months,we will evaluate the effect with the quantization table.Results①After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group and control group are97.06%and90.62%respectively (P>0.05);3months later, the total effective rate of the treatment group is better than that of the control group (P<0.01),93.75%and41.38%respectively;6months later the total effective rate are90.60%and27.59%respectively (P<0.01).②Both of the two methods can relieve the symptoms at the end of the treatment,and the total symptom score decrease significantly(P>0.05).In terms of improving nasal congestion and itchy,the treatment group is better than that of control group((both P<0.05).③Three months and six months later,the treatment group in improving the sneezing runny nose,nasal condestion,itchy nose and eye itching symptom score are lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).④At the end of the treatment,three months and six months later to the treatment group,the symptom score of the sneezing,runny nose,itchy eyes is not chang much(all P>0.05),but the symptom of the nasal congestion and itchy improve(both P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical symptoms improve significantly at the end of the two groups.The effect is stable at the end of the treatment,three months and six months later for the treatment group,and the result will be guilding for clinical promotion. |
