Objective:Cervical disease is one of the most common disease of women, mainly including cervicitis, cervical benign tumor, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer. human papilloma virus(HPV) infection is an important pathogenic factor of cervical cancer and precancerous. This research intend to investigate the different characteristics of HPV infection in different cervical disease in Zhejiang, in order to provide the development of characteristic HPV vaccine.Methods:In October 2014 to December 2015, cervical exfoliated cells of 964 cervical disease patients are collected, including 591 cases of cervical inflammation,298 cases of cervix benign tumor,75 cases of cervical malignant tumor. We amplify HPV DNA by PCR using PGMY09/PGMY11 primer system; use reverse spot hybridization system to distinguish 21 kinds of HPV genotyping; record demographics of three groups of cervical disease including cervical inflammation, cervix benign tumor and cervical malignant tumor; statistical analysis of the correlation between demographics of three groups of disease and the infection of HPV and the characteristics of HPV infection between three groups of cervical disease.Results:1. The general situation of HPV infection in three groups of cervical disease: among 591 cases of cervical inflammation, HPV infection rate was 21.49%(127/591); among 298 cases of cervical benign tumor, HPV infection rate was 41.28%(123/298); among 75 cases of cervical malignant tumor, HPV infection rate was 84.00% (63/84).Three sets of results are statistically significant (P< 0.05).2. Logistic regression analysis show that in cervical inflammation, history of abortion, pregnancy, sexually transmitted diseases are closely associated with HPV infection (abortion, OR:1.972; 95%CI:1.1213.468; P:0.018, pregnancy, OR:0.363; 95%CI:0.221 0.594; P:< 0.001, history of sexually transmitted diseases, OR:5.466; 95%CI:2.931 10.193; P:< 0.001); in cervical benign tumor, age is closely related to HPV infection (age:OR:1.054; 95% CI:1.028 1.081; P:< 0.001); in cervical malignant tumor, marriage and a history of sexually transmitted diseases are closely associated with HPV infection (marriage, OR:4.808; 95% CI:1.185 19.503; P:0.028, history of sexually transmitted diseases, OR:11.060; 95% CI:1.282 95.399; P:0.029).3. Single and compound HPV infections in three groups of cervical disease: cervical inflammation, single HPV infection rate is 16.92%(100/591), multiple infection rate is 4.57%(27/591); cervical benign tumor, single HPV infection rate is 31.54%(94/298), multiple infection rate is 9.73%(29/298); cervical malignant tumor, single HPV infection rate is 61.33%(46/75), multiple infection rate is 22.67%(17/75). High and low risk of single infection type in three groups have no statistically significant (P>0.05).4. Three groups of cervical disease population distribution of HPV subtypes:HPV infection to cervical inflammation crowd HPV-58,-52 and-16 mainly divided into the detection rate of 4.06%(24/591),4.06%(24/591),3.72%(22/591); benign cervical HPV infection in the population HPV-58,-16 and-52 mainly divided into the detection rate of 7.05%(21/298),7.38%(22/298),7.05%(21/298); cervical cancer HPV infection crowd to HPV-16,-58 and -33 mainly divided into the detection rate of 57.33%(43/75), 16.0%(12/75),9.33%(7/75). No all low-risk disease three groups of people do not statistically significant; not high-risk HPV-16,-33,-51, and -58 were significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusions:1. Cervical inflammation crowd, abortion, pregnancy, sexual history can increase the risk of HPV infection; cervical benign tumor population, with age increases the risk of HPV infection; cervical cancer population, marriage, sexual history of HPV infection increases risk.2. And cervical inflammation, cervical benign compared to the crowd, the crowd of cervical cancer HPV infection rate, and with high-risk HPV infection based.3. HPV infection of single or multiple infections was no difference among different cervical disease.4. HPV-16,-33 and -51 are the Zhejiang region of cervical HPV infection in women mainly typed, and may be related to the occurrence of cervical cancer.
