Objective:To discuss the different factors of the pregnancy outcome of endometriosis-associated infertility after laparoscopic surgery. Methods:A retrospective analysis of the endometriosis-associated infertility from January 2010 to June 2014 after laparoscopic surgery including the history of infertility, the surgery data and the pregnancy outcome data.Results:1. The non-IVF-ET pregnancy rate showed a downward trend with EFI (P<0.05) in 6months,12months,18months,24months,36months after laparoscopic surgery, except the clear tube group in 36 minths (P>0.05); and compared in pairs in clear tube group, the non-IVF-ET pregnancy rate showed significant difference between 4-6 score group and 9-10 score group (P<0.05), and no significant difference between 4-6 score group and 7-8 score group (P>0.05) except in 18 months (P<0.05);furthermore,in the group of whose tubes, the non-IVF-ET pregnancy rate showed significant difference between 9-10 score group,7-8 score group and 4-6 score group (P<0.05) in 6 months, and showed significant difference between 9-10 score group and 7-8 score group (P<0.05) in 12 months, then between 9-10 score group,7-8 score group and 4-6 score group (P<0.05) in 36 months, leaving the other groups with no significant difference between each other (P>0.05). What’s more, the non-IVF-ET pregnancy rate had no significant difference between Ⅰ-Ⅱ and Ⅲ-Ⅳ r-AFS score (P>0.05); and among ovarian, peritoneal and mixed groups (P>0.05) or compared in pairs with each other (P>0.05)2. The non-IVF-ET pregnancy rate had no significant difference between clear tube group or the group of whose tubes were a little obstructed (P>0.05)3. The non-IVF-ET showed no significant difference between bilateral LH 4/2 and 3/3 groups or 3/3 and 3/2 groups (P>0.05)Conclusion:1. The EFI has clinical guiding significance for the pregnancy outcome of endometriosis-associated infertility after laparoscopic surgery, especially for the patients whose EFI>7 after surgery, expectant treatment or natural pregnancy is all right, and for the other, it’s better to get pregnant through IVF-ET;but r-AFS score or pathological type doesn’t have clinical guiding significance.2. Gently injured tube has no influence to the pregnancy outcome after palaroscopic surgery.3. The Specific bilateral LH doesn’t have clinical guiding significance for the pregnancy outcome of endometriosis-associated infertility after laparoscopic surgery.
