Observation On Therapeutic Effect Of Combined Liquid Therapy With Acupuncture And Qcupoint Dressing On Tubal Obstruction Infertility

Objective:The patients with Tubal Obstructive Infertility were taken asthe research object.After tubal drainage,they were treated with acupuncture combined with acupoint application.The clinical curative effect of the patients after treatment was observed,and the acupoint application combined with acupuncture was objectively evaluated.Bed application value,to provide a simple and inexpensive treatment of Tubal Obstructive Infertility Patients with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Method: The Tubal Obstructive Infertility Patients were randomly divided into two grops,they are treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Two groups of patients after 3-5 days of menstrual cleanliness were routinely treated with salpingectomy,the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with acupoint application,and the control group was treated with oral antibiotics only.Each menstrual cycle is treated once,and three menstrual cycles are treated continuously.After the treatment,the TCM syndromes,local signs and tubal obstruction of the two groups were counted before and after treatment,and the pregnancy rate of the patients was followed up for half a year.Result: 1.There was no significant difference in age,course of disease,type of infertility,degree of fallopian tube obstruction before treatment,TCM syndromes and integral of local signs between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.The scores of TCM syndromes and local signs of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.The scores of TCM syndromes and local signs of the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It showed that both treatment methods could improve TCM syndromes of patients,but the decline of the treatment group was more obvious,and there was significant difference between the two groups.3.Comparing the degree of tubal patency before and after treatment: After 3 menstrual cycles,the result was the rate of tubal patency in treatment group was 66.67%,and the result of control group was 41.67%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Intrauterine pregnancy rate: After treatment,follow-up half a year pregnancy rate of patients,the pregnancy rate of treatment group was 43.33%,the pregnancy rate of control group was 20.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Statistical analysis showed that 13 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective and 7 cases were ineffective in the treatment group,and the result of total effective rate was 76.67%.In the control group,6 cases were cured,4 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective and 15 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 50.00%.There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Both groups can improve the clinical symptoms such as dark purple menstruation,blood clot,abdominal pain,irregular menstruation and lumbar acid,but the sesult of treatment group is much better than the control group.2.Both groups can improve the patency of fallopian tube in patients with fallopian tube obstruction and improve the pregnancy rate of patients.but the sesult of treatment group is much better than the control group.3.Acupuncture and moxibustion,acupoint application and liquid drainage are easy to operate,safe and inexpensive,and easy for patients to accept.
