Objective: In this study,the 4D(real time 3D)combined with CCIS(Colored Contrast Imaging Simultaneous)technique was used to evaluate the patency of fallopian tube by two methods of transvaginal ultrasound and X-ray,the results were compared with the results of gold standard laparoscopy,and the clinical application value of 4D combined with CCIS technique in the evaluation of fallopian tube patency was discussed.Methods:A group of 50 cases of infertility patients,a total of 100 fallopian tubes,the first conventional transvaginal ultrasound observation of the uterus,fallopian tubes,ovaries and pelvic conditions,and then the application of 4D combined with CCIS technology for uterine tubal contrast-enhanced ultrasound,to observe the development of the fallopian tube,pressure injection size,reverse flow,dispersion in the degree of adverse the reaction and ovarian and pelvic.Finally,summarize all the observation indicators to determine the degree of tubal patency.After one month of the uterus and fallopian tubes were examined by laparoscopy,the results were compared.A group of 50 cases of infertility patients,A total of 100 fallopian tubes,the line of X-ray of the uterus and fallopian tubes within a month after the re examination of laparoscopy,two comparison of the results.Using SPSS21.0 statistical software,the difference and consistency between the two groups respectively using ?2 test and Kappa test for consistency.Results: Hysterosalpingography group(HyCoSy group)results: sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value,diagnosis rate were 85.7%,97.7%,85.7%,97.7%,the statistical results of 80%.P is greater than 0.05,no significant difference suggests that the two test results(?2=1.00,P=0.607).The consistency of the Kappa test(p=0.000),k = 0.647,P < 0.05,the results show that the uterus fallopian tube ultrasound contrast and laparoscopic examination results have high consistency.Hysterosalpingography group(HSG group)results:sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and diagnostic coincidence rate were 70%,92.5%,70%,92.5%,66%.P is greater than 0.05,test results of two methods showed no statistical significance(?2=0.182,P=0.913).Kappa = 0.448(P = 0.000),P < 0.01 and that hysterosalpingography to the results of laparoscopy moderate agreement.Two group comparison shows that: The consistency of the results of HyCoSy and laparoscopy was better than that of HSG.Conclusion: By 4D transvaginal ultrasound(real-time 3D)following combined CCIS technology uterus fallopian tube ultrasonic angiography and gold standard laparoscopy had higher consistency.The diagnosis of fallopian tube patency of the sensitivity,specificity,diagnostic coincidence rate were higher than that of HSG.It is a better method to evaluate the patency of fallopian tubes,which can be popularized in clinical practice.
