Objective:To explore the curative effect of laparoscopic treatment ofendometriosis associated with infertility, and to explore effect on thefunction of fallopian tube in endometriosis different stages (stage I~Ⅳ),it provides reference for clinical.Methods:178patients with endometriosis associated with infertility wereretrospective analyzed from January2010to January2012,they weredivided into observation group and control group, according to thetreatment, the observation group (100cases) adopted laparoscopictreatment, control group (78cases) adopted conventional surgery, perioperative indexes, the postoperative symptoms, pregnancy rate, fallopian tube patency rate and recurrence rate of two groups patientswere compared, and pregnancy rate, fallopian tube patency rate andrecurrence rate of the different stages were compared.Results:1.Two groups of patients with perioperative indicators operationtime, blood loss, postoperative anal exhaust time, hospitalization days andhospitalization expenses were compared, the observation group werebetter than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).2. Two groups of patients discharged from hospital, clinicalsymptoms in chronic pelvic pain, sexual intercourse pain, dysmenorrhea, menstrual disorders were compared. There was no statistically significantdifference (P>0.05).3.Six months follow-up, postoperative pregnancy rate of two groups patients were compared, the pregnancy rate was60%(60/100) ofthe observation group and control group was38.46%(30/78), thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05).4. Half a year follow-up, postoperative pregnancy rate ofdifferent stages in patients was compared, stage Ⅰ+Ⅱgroup, thepregnancy rate was72.12%(75/104), stage Ⅲ+Ⅳgroup was37.84%(28/74), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).5. Six months follow-up, in patients with two groups of two groupsof patients with postoperative tubal patency rate comparison, theobservation group in the patency rate was68%(68/100), the controlgroup was51.28%(40/78), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).6. Follow-up for half a year, two groups of patients withpostoperative tubal patency rate were compared. Observation group thepatency rate was68%(68/100), the control group was51.28%(40/78), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).7. Follow-up for half a year, two groups of patients withpostoperative recurrence rate were compared, observation grouprecurrence rate was8%(8/100), the control group was25.64%(20/78),the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).8.Follow-up for half a year, different staging in patients withpostoperative recurrence rate were compared, stage Ⅰ+Ⅱgrouprecurrence rate was9.26%(10/104), stage Ⅲ+Ⅳgroup was32.42%(24/74), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic treatment of endometriosis associated infertility isminimally invasive, less bleeding, quick recovery, fallopian tube, ovarianfunction damage small features. Postoperative tubal patency rate, pregnancy rate and recurrence rate were superior to control group, laparoscopic surgery is the first choice for endometriosis infertility treatment. Along with the illness aggravating, endometriosis associatedwith infertility of tubal patency rate and pregnancy rate is falling, therecurrence rate is higher. Ⅰ+Ⅱstage of endometriosis with Infertilityhave no obvious relevance to the fallopian tube patency; Ⅲ+Ⅳ stagehave a certain relevance to the fallopian tube patency.
