| ObjectiveIn this study, the typical post-stroke constipation empty for the stu dy to evaluate the clinical efficacy against abdominal Qin virtual consti pation after stroke patients, and to compare the efficacy of acupuncture with the ordinary and explore its effect differences, in order to improve the clinical efficacy for the purpose of easy to operate and provide a b asis for the preferred curative clinical treatments.MethodsClinical Study Methods in this study, randomized controlled, collecte d in May 2015 —2016 in February after 60 cases of stroke in patients wit h constipation Deficiency Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Ch inese Acupuncture second inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation unit, me et the diagnostic standard, the inclusion criteria. Computer software to take advantage of Excel random method to assign patients enrolled Qin abd ominal acupuncture group and common acupuncture group,30 cases in each. Both groups were given basic medical treatment, body acupuncture and reha bilitation training. On this basis, Qin Qin abdomen abdominal acupuncture group received acupuncture points and acupuncture method of election, bo th sides of the abdomen next point to open 0.5-inch Ren and Ren (kidney) basis. In umbilical 2-inch,4-inch,6-inch and 1.5-inch below the belly b utton, depicting a 3-inch hole per hole about 0.5 inches from each side t o open about 1 point,3 points per horizontal line as a group into a tota 1 of five groups, down a total of 15 points, a total of 15 stitches. Com mon acupuncture points for the treatment of selected groups:Tianshu, tri butary, a large cross, Hong Leong, spleen, air sea, were taken bilaterall y points. A course is one week,7 days,14 days of rest, a total of two c ourses of treatment. Respectively, were included in the first day and 14 days using the constipation symptom score and Barthel index improved cons tipation symptoms, the degree of improvement in activities of daily livin g, and to assess the overall clinical efficacy.Results1. Baseline data were compared two groups, respectively, before treat ment of gender, age, time of onset of the two groups, primary disease, Qi constipation symptom score, Modified Barthel Index scores, the differenc e was not statistically significant (p>0.05) the two groups were comparab le at baseline.2. Before treatment within the group, Qi constipation symptom score a fter 2 treatment groups, Modified Barthel Index scores were significantly different, comparable (p<0.01, p<0.01). Deficiency symptoms of constipat ion two points, Modified Barthel Index score difference between groups af ter treatment, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.01, p<0. 05). Description Qin abdominal acupuncture and traditional acupuncture me thod can effectively improve constipation in patients, improve patient ac tivities of daily living, and Qin abdominal acupuncture group than ordina ry acupuncture group.3. Two clinical aspect effects, clinical patients with constipation a bdominal acupuncture group Qin Qi-type cured 13 cases (43.33%),7 cases (23.33%), effective in 9 cases (33.33%),1 patient (3.33%), and the total efficiency of 96.67%, markedly effective rate of 66.67%. Clinical patien ts with constipation common acupuncture group Deficiency recovered three cases (10.00%),5 cases (16.67%), effective in 18 cases (60.00%),4 cases (13.33%), the total efficiency of 86.67%, markedly effective rate 26.67%. Comparison of two groups, the two groups no significant difference in th e total effective rate, markedly effective rate between the two groups, Q in abdominal acupuncture group than the general effect of acupuncture gro up better.GonclusionQin ordinary needle and acupuncture needle can effectively improve th e clinical symptoms of constipation after stroke patients with qi deficie ncy, improve their activities of daily living, and better than ordinary a cupuncture is an effective treatment. |
