Observation On Acupoint Catgut Embedding And Auricular Acupuncture Effect On Simple Obesity With Hyperlipidemia

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with auricular point pressing pill therapy on simple obesity accompanied by Hyperlipidemia.Methods 70 patients with simple obesity and hyperlipemia,were randomly divided into two groups with common acupuncture group,observation of acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with auricular plaster therapy before treatment and 1 courses of treatment(2 months)and 2 period(4 months)after weight,two patients of BMI and four hyperlipidemia indicators change,and the efficacy and safety evaluation of obesity and hyperlipidemia.Results 1.before treatment,the two groups of patients weight,BMI and hyperlipidemia four indicators were not statistically significant difference(P>0.05),comparable.2.compared with before treatment,two groups of patients with body weight and BMI at the end of the first course of treatment were significantly decreased(P<0.05);and the second end of the treatment further decreased,compared with the first at the end of the treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);hyperlipidemia four indicators improved significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The difference was statistically significant;but there is no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with auricular plaster therapy and conventional acupuncture can effectively reduce obesity with body weight in patients with hyperlipidemia and body mass index(BMI),and has a lipid-lowering effect;acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with auricular plaster therapy is convenient for patients,and safe and effective,worthy of clinical application.
