Clinical Observation Of Shugan Hewei Decoction Treatment Of Gastric Ulcer

ObjectiveThrough the clinical observation of Shugan Hewei Decoction with western medicine treatment of Ganwei Buhe type gastric ulcer, to evaluate the clinical effect of Shugan Hewei Decoction with western medicine in treatment of gastric ulcer, in order to seek more effective therapeutic schedule.Method60 cases of gastric ulcer, according to the random number method, were randomly divided into treatment group (n=30) and contrast group(n=30). The contrast group was treated with rabeprazole 10mg, two times a day; teprenone capsules 50 mg, three times a day;amoxicillin 1000mg, two times a day; clarithromycin capsule 500mg, two times a day;bismuth potassium citrate granules 220 mg, two times a day;The treatment group additionally with Shugan Hewei Decoction. Two groups of treatment for 6 weeks, amoxicillin capsule, clarithromycin capsule and bismuth potassium citrate particles will be stopped after taking ten days already, the gastroscopic observation, the stomach and intestine clinical curative effect appraisal scale (the spleen and stomach module), helicobacter pylori eradication rate and adverse reaction rate will be used for comprehensive evaluation. All of the data used SPSS22.0 for statistical analysis.Results(1) Compared two groups of patients’ age, gender, the location of gastric ulcer, the area of gastric ulcer are no obvious difference (P> 0.05). Two groups of the stomach and intestine clinical curative effect appraisal scale (the spleen and stomach module), in various fields is no difference between integral (P>0.05). Thus, before the patients into the two groups, they are in consistency. (2) All patients were done twice gastroscopy before and after 6 weeks treatment. Two groups of under gastroscopic observation curative effect evaluation, the treatment group’s total effective rate is 93.33%, the contrast group’s total effective rate is 86.67%, with Rank sum test, two group are statistical significance (P<0.05). (3) compared two groups of curative effect before and after treatment, with the paired samples t test, the treatment group and contrast group after treatment in pain, stomach, intestines, oral and other areas are statistically significant (P<0.01). The treatment group and contrast group after treatment, with the independent sample t test, the two group in pain, stomach, intestines, oral and other areas are statistically significant (P<0.05). And the difference before and after the treatment, with Rank sum test, the two group in pain, stomach, intestines, oral and other areas are statistically significant (P<0.01). (4) All patients were done twice 14C urea breath test before and after treatment. Before treatment,14C urea breath test of 60 patients are all positive, stop using antibiotics in 4 weeks and rabeprazole in 2 weeks, all patients review the 14C urea breath test, the results show that the treatment group’s helicobacter pylori eradication rate is 93.33%, the contrast group’s eradication rate is 70.00%, with Fisher’s exact test,two groups of helicobacter pylori eradication rate is statistically significant (P<0.05). (5) In the 6 weeks of treatment, the treatment group’s adverse reaction rate was 0%, the contrast group’s adverse reaction rate was 13.33%, the adverse reaction rate of two groups by Fisher exact probability method of chi square test, no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion(1) Two groups of under gastroscopic observation curative effect evaluation, the treatment group’s total effective rate is superior to contrast group (P<0.05), it shows that Shugan Hewei Decoction is to promote into mucosal healing efficacy. (2) the stomach and intestine clinical curative effect appraisal scale (the spleen and stomach module) is used for clinical evaluation, the two groups after treatment, the difference between before and after treatment in pain, stomach, intestines, mouth and other areas are Statistical differences, the curative effect of treatment group were superior to contrast group (P<0.05), it shows that Shugan Hewei Decoction have certain curative effect in improving pain, stomach, intestines, oral and other areas. (3) In helicobacter pylori removal effect of evaluation, the eradication of helicobacter pylori treatment group is better than the contrast group (P<0.05). It shows that Shugan Hewei Decoction have the curative effect of eradication of helicobacter pylori.
