Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Senile Functional Dyspepsia(Ganwei Buhe Type) With Shisanweihezhongwan

Objective: To study the effect of Shisanweihezhongwan on functional dyspepsia(FD)with Ganwei Buhe type in the elderly.Methods: 60 patients with FD of Ganwei Buhe type aged 60-80 years were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group.Each group had 30 patients.The treatment group was treated with Shisanweihezhongwan orally,while the control group was treated with domperidone tablet orally.After four weeks of treatment,By comparing the scores of main symptoms of FD,the efficiency of single treatment of main symptoms,the total score of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes,the clinical efficacy evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes,Nepean Dyspepsia Symptom Index(NDSI)score and Nepean Dyspepsia Life Quality Index(NDLQI)score.To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shisanweihezhongwan in the treatment of Senile FD with Ganwei Buhe type.Results:(1)Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05);After treatment,the scores of the two groups decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);The effective rate of the treatment group for improving the discomfort of fullness,early satiety,upper abdominal burning and upper abdominal pain was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05);Both groups could reduce the total score of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome,and the effect of the treatment group was better(P < 0.05);The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(3)Through the treatment of the two groups,the NDSI score can be reduced and the NDLQI score can be improved,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better.Conclusion: Shisanweihezhongwan can effectively improve the clinical symptoms andTraditional Chinese Medicine symptoms of elderly FD patients with Ganwei Buhe type,improve the efficiency of clinical treatment,improve the quality of life,and can be widely used as an effective drug for elderly FD patients with Ganwei Buhe type.
